Meet Dr. Charles Reed
Dr. Reed graduated with high honors in 1982 from Loyola University Dental School, Chicago, with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. He received the American Association of Orthodontists Award and was elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. He entered Loyola University – Department of Orthodontics, where he obtained a certificate of orthodontics in 1984. Dr. Reed later researched the use of specialized imaging (MRI/CT) techniques to diagnose disorders of the jaw-joint (TMJ). This research has led to improved, non-painful and non-invasive methods for diagnosis, which have become the standard today. Dr. Reed published this information as a contributing editor in a book on the diagnosis of TMJ disorders in 1990. He received his Masters of Science degree in 1991.
Dr. Reed became a certified Provider of Invisalign in February of 2000. Due to the popularity of the treatment option among adults and teens in Prescott Valley and his abilities to accomplish amazing results, Dr. Reed quickly rose in the ranks of Invisalign Providers. Because of his extensive experience with Invisalign, he is now a Diamond Top 1% Provider of Invisalign in the Prescott Valley Community and Aurora! This means he is in the Diamond Top 1% of all Invisalign providers in the WORLD!
On the personal side, Dr. Reed and his wife Traci have four children. They are also blessed with sixteen grandchildren! When he is not spending time with grandchildren, Dr. Reed enjoys many outdoor activities including golf, and donating time toward church service. Dr. Reed is committed to do “whatever it takes” to enhance your quality of life through orthodontics.
Meet Dr. Sean Reed
After growing up in Denver, CO, Dr. Reed attended Brigham Young University. There he received a bachelors degree in psychology before receiving his doctorate of dental surgery degree at New York University. He then continued his education with a post-graduate general practice residency at the University of Utah Hospital.
There he received some very unique and more advanced training in treatments like wisdom tooth extractions, IV sedation, dental implant placements, and oral cancer diagnosis and treatments. In 2012, following his residency program, Dr. Reed and his family moved to Prescott Valley, AZ where they live today.
Dr. Reed and his wife, Shannon, are the parents of five young children. Their many interests keep the family very busy between church activities, soccer, baseball, play productions, karate and the like. Outside of their family activities, Shannon loves to pursue her own personal interests as a fitness instructor. Dr. Reed enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including ultrarunning, mountain biking and exploring the beautiful Southwest.
